1. Acceptance
By opening cubegrove.com you agree to these terms. If any part of them is unacceptable, please stop using the site.
2. What this site is
CubeGrove publishes an independent editorial overview of the browser game Wheel Out. We do not host the game, we do not operate it, and we are not affiliated with its studio. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell software or a service.
3. Acceptable use
You may read the pages, share links to them, and quote short passages with credit. You may not scrape the site in a way that harms availability, attempt to break security, or present CubeGrove material as your own publication.
4. Intellectual property
The CubeGrove name, mark, layout and original copy belong to us. Artwork of Wheel Out remains the property of its rights holders. We use stills only to describe the title. If you are a rights holder and want a still removed, write to hello@cubegrove.com.
5. Accuracy
We take care with facts, but a game can change after we publish. Treat this page as an overview, not as a live specification from the studio.
6. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using or being unable to use it. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. External services
Fonts and other third-party resources may load from their own networks. Their terms apply to that traffic. Outbound links, if we add any later, are not endorsements.
